What does ‘from €15,000’ cover?
The starting point for a scoped first implementation on the full Skyeos Core. Your processes, design, data and integration requirements determine the proposal. It is not a promise that every company-wide rollout fits the starting amount.
Is Core a limited feature package?
Every customer starts with the full Core package. We agree which capabilities to configure, connect and activate first. The implementation grows with your organisation; features, integration work and adoption still require a considered rollout.
How much of the experience is bespoke?
The customer environment is designed entirely around your brand, users and workflows. That includes the interface, frontend, relevant 3D experiences and data architecture. The intelligence interface remains NEXUS, with Skyeos Core as the underlying technology.
Who owns the data and software?
Your company data remains yours. You receive licensed use of Skyeos Core and your agreed customer environment. Core, source code and underlying intellectual property remain with Skyeos. Rights to bespoke assets and permitted reuse are defined in the agreement; source code transfer is not part of the offer.
Where does our data live?
Your environment has its own hosting and database and connects to Skyeos for intelligence. We define access, permitted data processing, retention and the intelligence connection for your deployment. Customer data is kept separate; reuse of other work follows the agreement.
Does AI act without our approval?
Human oversight is the default. Your team reviews proposed actions before execution. More autonomy is possible only when you choose it, within agreed permissions and after measured quality is sufficient for that specific workflow.
What happens after launch?
Skyeos manages Core updates and develops your environment further by agreement. We validate changes against your configuration and integrations before rollout. Your teams use the available platform capabilities; development of the underlying code remains with Skyeos.
Can we keep our existing systems?
Yes, where those systems remain useful. We agree how CRM, ERP, product data, documents and production systems connect, who owns each record and which actions need approval. The exact connector and implementation scope are confirmed against your environment.
